Terms

The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by the Bakehouse Gallery, Prudhoe Street, Alnwick, Northumberland NE66 1UW - and ordered from the website at www.bakehousegallery.com. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and, by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
The Bakehouse Gallery reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
 

Orders and Prices

The Bakehuse Gallery use Paypal and Wix as their online purchasing system and accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and include VAT though subject to delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to dispatch of your order, the Bakehouse Gallery will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
Your on-line order will be sent to the Bakehouse Gallery via Paypal by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm that the Bakehouse Gallery has received your order.

Orders of goods shown on the website can also be placed by telephone or in person at their headquarters with prior consent.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, you will be informed and a refund or re-credit  for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods will be made. The Bakehouse Gallery is under no obligation to accept any order.

Delivery

All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times.

Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email unless otherwise arranged with the gallery at the time of your order.
All orders will be posted by Royal Mail Signed For (recorded) or Parcel Force 24. The Bakehouse Gallery will endeavour to deliver an order within 7 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the HQ at the time of purchase. A signature will be required on delivery. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Delivery of goods to you will be considered to have occurred once the order is placed with Royal Mail/Parcel Force, or any other service we may use.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of your order, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect your order. The Bakehouse Gallery cannot accept responsibility for orders that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.

If the Bakehouse Gallery is unable to deliver your order within 7 days, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.

The Bakehouse Gallery is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. The Bakehouse Gallery is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made. Once orders are considered delivered - responsibility, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring any relevant work.

The Bakehouse Gallery accepts no responsibility for orders damaged or lost in transit.
 

Payment Security

The Bakehouse Gallery uses Paypal and Wix for online payments. They allow us to safely process your credit and debit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Paypal’s secure systems please visit their website www.paypal.com
The Bakehouse Gallery is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
