DELIVERY & RETURNS
We intend our delivery to be as quick, simple and as reliable as possible.
All orders will be posted within 2 working days (if in stock) using Royal Mail Signed For or Parcel Force. We will email with information regarding those items not immediately available however, it is our intention to have all items on hand and the website up-to-date at all times.
For original artwork and glazed items, we use Aardvark fine art couriers. Prices are approximately £115 per delivery within the UK. For delivery overseas, please contact the gallery.
Please note: The Bakehouse Gallery is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit but we will endeavour to help in any way we can.
Should you, for any reason, not be happy with your purchase we will be happy to exchange it for something else or refund your purchase price if faulty. Please contact us by emailing Fiona at; email@example.com and return your unused items to us within 14 days of purchase complete with the original packaging.
Any discrepancies with your order must be reported to us by email within 3 working days upon receipt. The return of your product is your responsibility hence we recommend postage by Royal Mail Signed For delivery or another similar service. Please ensure proof of postage is obtained as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Return of goods for refund or exchange is done so at owner’s expense. Where a product was sent in error or is deemed by us as faulty we will refund your postage costs.
We will not exchange products that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show signs of misuse. Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.
Items with a manufacturing fault will be assessed and repaired, replaced or credited. If we do not feel the issue is a manufacturing fault we may contact you to discuss further.
